First Official Checkup (1st Trimester)
WW11- 13 August 2007

Item:
Scan and detect 1 feotus (I can see and heart my baby heartbeat)
Estimated due date based on calculation from my last first day of period.
Last period: 25th May 2007
EDD: 3 March 2008
Measure weight and blood pressure, do urine test.
Was supplied with acid folic.

I just choose normal practitioner (Klinik Famili Shah Alam, Seky 27) with is near by my working area. So that will be easy for me to just go routine check up after work. Me was do all the intial check up independantly.

Simptom:
Morning sickness (always got nausea in the morning)
Less energy
Fatigue and sleepiness

Second Official Checkup
WW17 - 21 Sept 2007

Item:

Urine test (For sugar and protien)
Measure weight and blood pressure
Scan , detect fetal heartbeat, check size of uterus (Dr said maybe baby boy!)
Blood test to configure blood type, hemoglobin, syphilis test (VDRL), HIV, hepatitis B screen.
Supplied with obimin pill

Simptom:
Still have nausea
Fatigue
gums bleed
This time I have problem with my teeth, got "gigi berlubang" (The next month I took calcium pill supplement to overcome my "sakit gigi" and it worth it!)

Third Official Checkup (2nd trimester)

Item:
Measure weight and blood pressure as usual
Got result of blood test from pre-visit and the result was OK
For urine test (detected sugar- Dr advise to go for further glucose test)
Supplied with obimin again

During fifth month, finally I slowly overcome my nausea and fatigue problem that I faced during 1st trimester.(Dah start rajin memasak again, and I started to feel my baby movement especially while I'm resting).

Glucose Screening Test
WW24- 10 Nov 2007

I drank one mug of a very sweet glucose drink. Before that, already take some blood from my finger (Result: 4.7 mmil/L). After 2 hr, check again the blood result and it was 9.2 mmil/L.
Quiet bad actually, I need to go for futher screening which is Glucose Tolerance Test. Dr said, this result was because I'm not producing enough insulin to process the extra glucose in system.
