About Prelabor, False Labor, Real Labor

Up to today, tak rase any contraction..bangun tido with less back pain n crampiness..maybe previous few days I just encountered false labor symptoms sahaja..mmm..I found out below articel as a good reference for me right now.

Prelabor Symptoms:

-can precede real labor by a full month or more, or by only an hour or so.

-characterized by the beginning of cervical effacement and dilation.

-Some sign that we may notice oursellf as below:

a) Lightening and engagement.

b) Sensations of increasing pressure in the pelvis and rectum.

crampiness (similar to menstrual cramps) and groin pain are particularly common in 2nd and later pregnancies. Persistent low backache may also be present.

c) Loss of weight or cessation of weight gain

d) A change in energy levels

e) A change in vaginal discharges

discharge increase and thicken

f) Pink or bloody show

False Labor symptoms

Real labor probably not begun if:

a) Contractions are not all regular and don't increase in frequency of severity

[Yes]

b) Contraction subside if u walk around or change position

[Yes]

c) Show if any, is brownish

[No discharge]

d)Fetal movement intensify briefly with contraction

[Yes]

So as conclusion all symptoms yang I ada sebelum ni hanyalah False labor symptoms sahaja...
